Hours	The museum is open on Tuesdays through Fridays from 10 to 5, on Saturday from 10 to 5, and 7 to 9:30. On Sunday the hours are from 10 to 5.

The San Diego Fort, which was built in 1616 for protection against pirate attacks on the city during colonial times, is now home to the Historical Museum of Acapulco, which offers bilingual exhibits about the history of the area.
