Boston Weather
Situated in New England, Boston is of course known for its freezing winter
months. Snow seems to line the streets at all times during the wintertime,
and even the warmest coats, scarves, and gloves are a futile attempt
to brave the cold. Although fresh snow on a sleeping city makes
for a scenic picture, the best time to visit Boston is between the
months of April and September. With the amount of walking required
for touring the city, the warmth is much more inviting. Even during
July and August, temperatures are relatively mild, as Boston sits
right on the water. Many attractions are open longer during the
summertime, and throughout the city, cafes and restaurants offer
relaxing outdoor seating.
