It is located on a very fashionable street just down from the Royal Palace. On short notice we were delighted to be given a 6:30 seating with the understanding that they were booked again for 8:00. We arrived shortly before 6:30 and were politely and promptly taken to our table. Dressed casually we were assured it was fine. The room was quiet, understated, and very calming. The wine list as the name of the restaurant would suggest was remarkable! A slight panic set in as I paged through the dozens of pages. Very nice price ranges from inexpensive to not. A 1985 Burgundy was carefully chosen and did not disappoint. Service was very professional - appetizer, main course, and dessert was delicious. As 8:00 came we were not rushed but offered more coffee! Pricing was very reasonable by Copenhagen standards. The atmosphere was wonderful - starting quiet and becoming more interesting and animated as diners arrived. A very enjoyable spot - we will be back.
