Las Vegas Weather
Las Vegas has some of the best yearly weather conditions in the nation. Similar
to other desert towns, Las Vegas has what is called a “dry
heat”. As you’d expect, temperatures do seep into the
100s during the summer months. However, the low humidly makes the
temperatures bearable. During the winter temperatures typically
range between 50-60F. Though, the winds that whip through the Las
Vegas Strip can make it seem much cooler. On the coldest days of
the year, temperatures can dip down towards freezing. Snow is rare
but not unheard of. Since Las Vegas is located in the desert, precipitation
amounts are low.
