If you intend on flying to and from Boston, Logan International
serves as the main airport. Almost every major airline flies through
Logan, and it provides you with every type of available transportation
to get to your intended destination. Taxicabs, car rental centers,
and connections to the T are available through the airport, and
staff members will readily answer any questions you may have.
While staying in Boston, the best way to get around is on the subway.
In 1897, the Massachusetts Bay Transit Authority established the
country’s first subway, which today is known as the T. Rides
on the T are a dollar and a quarter each way, and serve as an exceptionally
cheaper mode of transportation than taxicabs.
