Spend a lovely evening enjoying the skyline from a cruise ship
sailing along the Vltava River. At dusk, you will journey up stream
to see Prague’s most beautiful landmarks from a different
position: the water. You will enjoy breathtaking views of the city
contrasted against the dark night. These attractions include the
Prague Castle, Charles Bridge, the Prague Parliament and the National
Theater. Not only will you have some beautiful photos to take, your
stomach will be delighted too. Enjoy a hot and cold 3 course buffet
dinner taken either inside the boat or on deck if weather permits.
The ship also has an on-board bar selling beer, wine and soft drinks.
Your ears will find enjoyment with live music to entertain you as
you sail back to shore. This river dinner cruise is extremely popular
and is a relaxing way to end a long day of sightseeing.

For something unforgettable, romantic and perhaps adventurous,
take a hot air balloon ride over Prague. You will see the city in
a way no one else will. This is the perfect way to view a city known
as the “City of Hundred Spires,” as you’ll see
these spires in a completely new way. Prague’s interesting
landmarks and amazing monuments are perfect for this type of experience.
Choose from two flights:
- Prague Center Balloon Flight. This glides over the main sights
and attractions of Prague. You will experience incredible views
that will create lasting memories.
- Prague Outskirts Balloon Flight. This flight is a journey over
the countryside surrounding Prague, including either the Karlstejn
Castle or Konopiste Castle. What a way to see something new!
Flights are operated by experienced professionals and competent
pilots with up to 20 years of experience. So don’t be nervous!
You are in good hands. The company has 18 balloons in a variety
of sizes and colors. Each can hold up to 2-6 people, so it is definitely
ideal for someone looking for something a little romance on their
European vacation!
However, keep in mind that flights will only occur when weather
is permittable for safety reasons.
After your flight, you will enjoy some nice refreshments and a
traditional ceremony to welcome you to the balloon fraternity.
A taxi can be arranged to pick you up from your hotel and take
you to the launch site.

To make it easier on yourself, take a company tour. You will not
have to fuss with lots of maps or asking for directions. Let the
guide take you and you can just simply relax and follow. There are
many sightseeing tours to choose from, but one popular option is
the Traditional Czech Folk Night, giving tourists an inside look
at the life of customary Czechs. The tour company will pick you
up from your hotel or you can join the group at the starting point:
close to Wenceslas Square. The evening will begin with a short drive,
in which the guide will point out interesting features and monuments
of Prague. You will also pass Prague Castle before arriving at the
Prague tavern.
This is where the evening really begins. Enjoy a hearty meal, unlimited
wine and experience traditional song and dance. A glass of Bohemia
Sekt (Czech champagne) and Moravian wine will be served constantly.
If you are vegetarian, don’t worry. You will be taken care
of as well, just be sure to mark this on your booking form.
At the end, you will be dropped off at Powder Gate in the city
center to spend the rest of your evening enjoying the beauty of
an illuminated city.
